Return/Exchange and Check Policies

With a receipt and within 30 days:
Full refund or exchange. Product must be in “as new condition,” not used, and original package is required.

Without a receipt and within 30 days:

Store credit (offered at lowest selling price within 30 days).

 

Please note:

If paying by check a full 14 business days must pass from date of purchase before a cash refund can be issued. Product exchange can be given at any time. Please be advised that any "Non-Sufficient Funds" checks will be charged a $30 returned check fee. See Product Warranty for further information.
